Space still available for Level 0 Coaching Course in Hobart
A REMINDER THAT: Basketball Tasmania is calling on expressions of interest in a Level 0 Coaching Course in Hobart to be conducted on Sunday 25 October 2009 to be conducted by Myra Donkin (Community Basketball Development Officer).
There are now sufficient nominations for this course and it will definitely go ahead as planned - there are still vacancies and any further nominations should be advised as specified below.
As an introduction course, the Level 0 Coaching Course is aimed at new coaches, parents who wish to learn more about their child's sport and even young players that are starting to coach. Content of the course will cover general court terminology, background of the history of the sport, basic drills and how to plan a training session for beginners and more.
Sunday 25 October - Warrane Sports Centre - Corner Bligh and Dampier Streets, Warrane
Registration 9.45am for a 10am start and finishing approximately 12.30pm.
Participants need to bring a drink bottle and pen.
The cost of the course is $15.00 and can be paid on the day.
