AGM set for Wednesday 12th Dec 2012
The AGM for 2012-13 year has been set for Wednesday the 12th Dec 7.00pm start at Maroochydore Basketball Stadium club room. To be eligible to vote you must be a financial member, either registered player or Associate member (social). Social membership applications must be received prior to the last meeting of the board before the Annual AGM. The last meeting has been set for 20th November 2012 at 7.00pm at the Maroochy Stadium. The completed form should be accompanied by the $5.00 membership fee.
Positions up for election include:
- President - 2 year term
- Secretary - 2 year term
- Board Members x 2 - 2 year terms.
To nominate for any of these positions please complete the attached nomination form and return to the Secretary of Maroochy Basketball Association by 7.00pm on the 28th November (14 days prior to the AGM).
We will also be looking for expression of interest from members who would be willing to help out in other various committees or to take on a role in the Association. These roles will be listed soon.
