After a third successive victory the MSJFL U15 Div 1 team has progressed to the Grand Final of the AFLVMJC, where they will meet the RDFL at Casey Fields, 2pm Saturday 25th June.

Round 2
On Saturday Moorleigh Reserve was the host venue as the MSJFL U15 Division 2 faced off against South East Juniors, in what was a competitive display from both teams. The fast starting SEJ’s prevailed by 12 points. Ormond JFC’s Will Simon was judged best on ground for the MSJFL.
In the second match of the day the MSJFL U15 Division 1 team proved too strong for their opponents from the EDFL, running away with a 38 point win. Led by a best on ground performance by Harrison Dear who booted 6 goals.
The Under 14 Division 1 team travelled to Essendon where the EDFL proved too strong as they prevailed by 20 points. Nathan Peterson was judged best on ground for the MSJFL.

Round 3
On Monday, the Under 14 Division 1 travelled to Coventry Oval, where they proved too strong for the NFL, as the MSJFL boys ran out 40 point victors. Corey Rich was judged best on ground for the MSJFL.
In the second game the MSJFL U15 Division 1 team, registered their third straight win for the carnival as they powered to a 112 point win over the NFL. Patrick Hurst led the way for the MSJFL in a best on ground performance. The U15 Division 1 team has now progressed to the Grand Final of the AFLVMJC, where they will meet the RDFL on Saturday 25th June at Casey Fields 2pm. The MSJFL encourages everyone to get down and support the boys in what should be a terrific match.
The U15 Division 2 side, travelled to Mitcham where the EFL team proved too strong on the back of a 10 goal second half. Edward Cheesman was judged best on field for the MSJFL.
