U14 2 Girls Premiers Ballarat Tournament
The Bronco Under 14(2) Girls had a wonderful weekend away in Ballarat, playing and winning all of the 6 games including the Grand Final. We had a few hiccups along the way, losing Chiara and Taylah to camp on Monday and injury, but we pulled through with the help from Shantelle who we called upon to help fill in for our injured player Allayah! The grand final was goal for goal until we took the lead late in the game and kept up our great running pace. With six players and only five left on the court, after foul trouble, the girls had an amazing win over Southern Peninsula. A big congratulations to the girls and many thanks to their families; Allayah Stowers, Amelia Fitzgerald, Bridget Howat, Shantelle Mair , Chiara Cassar, Geneva Forster, Jamie Germaine-Gray, Olivia Lamont, Taylah Smallacombe and Coach Virginia Black.
