The Ian Boettcher Nissan Ipswich Force Women would like to announce the signing of US import Brandi Brown for the upcoming QBL season.  

Brown, who played for Youngstown University, Ohio, was named the 2013 US National College Athletic Association (NCAA) League Player of the Year.

She averaged 20.1 points and 11.1 rebounds as one of only two players in the country to rank in the top 20 in both categories.

Brown finished her college career at Youngstown with a school record 1239 rebounds and 2079 points and also holds the university's career records for minutes, free throws, games played and starts.

She is one of only two players in the league's history to finish with more than 2000 career points and 1000 career rebounds.
