Winter Holiday Hoops Camp - LAST SPOTS AVAILABLE!
COME AND HAVE SOME FUN WITH YOUR FRIENDS AND OUR EXPERT LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL COACHES!!!!
Brisbane Basketball Inc. will be running the Winter Holiday Hoops Camp at NAB Stadium, Auchenflower during the first week of the school holidays.
The camps are designed for boys and girls aged 7 - 10, 11 - 13, and 14 - 16 years and are suitable for players with no experience right through to representative level players (players are grouped according to their stage-of-development to ensure maximum enjoyment and learning).
Participants Will Learn and Develop:
- Fundamental Basketball Skills
- Ball Mastery and Team Building Techniques
- The Art of Scoring: Technical Shooting and Finishing
- Modern Team Concepts
Camp Includes:
- Coaching from Brisbane Capitals QBL Men's & Women's Players including Aaron Anderson and Ashton Eaton
- Competitive and fun games
- Skill Competitions and Prizes
- And More
Camp participants will learn and develop new skills from our qualified guest coaches and will be placed in a fun entertaining learning environments to match each participants stage-of-development.
The 7-10 year old camp is ideal for Aussie Hoopers and players new to club or school. The 11 - 13 & 14 - 16 year old camp is designed for club, school and rep players and those that want to just give basketball a go. Players will be divided by age group and skill level on the day to ensure they get the most out of the program.
Details are as follows:
What: Winter Holiday Hoops Camp
Who: Boys and Girls born 2000 - 2008 (7 - 16 years)
Where: NAB Stadium, Dixon Street, Auchenflower
When: Tuesday 28th and Wednesday 29th June
Time: 9:00am to 3:30pm both days (doors open 8:30am for registration)
Cost: $110.00 for both days ($60.00 for one day)
Bring: reversible singlet, towel, water bottle, basketball, packed lunch and snacks (please ensure you have your name on ALL of your gear).
Canteen facilities will be available for lollies and drinks
