HURRY, Last Week: Technical Shooting and Skills Sessions - Book Now
These summer holidays, in support of players everywhere seeking to improve their game, Brisbane Basketball Inc., has offered three weeks of small group (4-6 players) Technical Shooting and Big Man/Tall Lady Skills Sessions.
This week (Jan 18th - 22nd) marks the last week these sessions will be offered for these Summer Holidays.
Over 40 athletes have attended these sessions over the last three weeks and BBI is again very happy to offer one last week of highly individual and tailored skills session for the summer holidays.
These technical shooting and skills sessions are aimed at current and prospective representative players who are serious about improving themselves during this holiday period in preparation for the recommencement of the 2016 season.
Coach Trevor Cook will be leading these sessions.
Coach Cook has an extensive and successful national coaching career and is recognised as one of Australias' preeminent technical skills coaches. Coach Cook will teach athletes using proven and simplified terminology, techniques and skill acquisition principles in support of tailoring each session to the individual participants’ developmental needs.
Shooting Technical Session: January 2016 Package cost is $75 (incl.: GST) which includes:
- 3 x 55mins technical shooting sessions (times below).
- Expert technical coaching tuition
- Introduction of a shooters mindset
- Biomechanics of shooting mechanics
- Latest practices in fine motor skill development and skill acquisition (transfer of skills into performance)
- Development of specific shots that great scorers need to consistently impact the game.
