Office Re-opens While Courts Remain Closed

As of tomorrow, Wednesday 15^th April, the office at Townsville Basketball will be re-opened between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Most of the staff at Townsville Basketball will resume work this week on restricted duties courtesy of the Job Keeper payments supplied by the Federal Government. I would like to acknowledge the work done behind the scenes over the past weeks by these staff who have given up numerous hours whilst they were on leave to help service urgent requirements for the association. All staff have also ensured to put the association first during this time by taking the Job Keeper payments only from this point forward until we resume to life as normal. Although not required to do so under the legislation around this payment, the staff have the future of the association at the front of their mind, and as such will continue to work during this shut down period with the aim of being ready to play as soon as we are given permission to do so.
