TBI Management have undertaken consultation with 2014-15 Rep Coaches and Team Managers and through Player and Parent Feedback Forms.  As a result Operational Staff have developed the TBI Representative Policy which will now be considered, at the July TBI Management Committee Meeting.

To ensure transparency in our consultation processes the Management Committee now presents the proposed Policy for membership consultation.  The document will be available on TBI website, visiting the TBI Facebook, and through club delegates.

We would request that members consider the policy and provide positive constructive feedback and recommendations.  All feedback must be received by Greg Vanderjagt (Development Officer) greg@townsvillebasketball.com  by no later than close of business Friday 17^th July 2015.

This will then be presented to the Management Committee on the 20^th July for consideration before finalising the policy.

It is stressed that this is consultation stage only and we welcome any constructive feedback, we will not accept negative statements or hysteria as this is not productive in ensuring that the final policy approved is one that is able to ensure the long term management of the Representative Program.  Positive feedback does not prevent people disagreeing with the policy, but rather to present an argument based upon fact and demonstrating clear ‘risk management’ to the Association and its members.
