2015 Season

Good afternoon Members  

TBI Management Committee have requested that an email be forwarded to all playing members to gauge  your preference for the 2015 season.  Whilst this has been previously discussed with your Club Delegate, we would like your feedback on what you would prefer for our Junior and Senior Competition. We  are requesting that your preferences  to be forwarded via email to your  Club Delegate   by tomorrow the 4th December, 2014 by 4pm.  We apologise for the short notice, but have the view that we need to consult with our members and confirm that feedback we have received to date reflects the current views of our members.

If you play in the senior competition and have juniors playing  we would appreciate your advising the preference for both competitions to your treasurer as set out below;

The 2015 registrations fees will remain the same as the 2014 fees. Registration will be paid via the online system with the same fee of 3.9% which was charged in 2014. If  members choose to pay this in the office there will be an additional fee of $20 same as 2014.

Games fees for  all Under 18’s and Senior Competitions will be  $403 and  $372 for U8’s through to U16 Junior Competitions. These amounts representative the entire playing season regardless of format. The fees have been set to cover 31weeks of competition. This amount can be paid in full at the beginning of the season or via Ezidebit which will be explained at the Thursday night Treasurers Meeting.

A minimum number of six players must be registered for a team to be entered into our competitions and if there are additional players (those wishing to play up ) it will be at a fee of $250.00 for the season. Fill-in players will be able to pay on the night a game fee of $10.00 and this fee will be required to be paid for the player is added to the team.  Please note your preference will be taken into account, but at the end of the day TBI will implement the alternative that receives the most support as communicated to us by your club delegates.

The choices offered to members to choose from are as follows:  

Option 1          8 Weeks Pre-Season 23 Weeks Championships Season
Option 2  Season 1 – 15 weeks            (Feb – June) Season 2 – 16 weeks                             (Jul – Nov)  

                 

The outcome will be discussed with your club delegate, TBI Management Committee Members  and myself at the treasurers meeting being held at 6pm this Thursday evening 4th December 2014.    If you do not receive an email please contact myself immediately.
