FREE FESTIVAL OF FOOTBALL EVENT : 24th and 25th FEBRUARY
The FREE event will be run on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th of February at David Woods Reserve, Boardman Road, East Bowral, celebrating everything football and providing a wide range of entertainment and enjoyment for football loving fans of all ages..
SATURDAY 24th February 2017 – DAVID WOODS FIELD, BOWRAL
1pm – 4.30pm - FREE
Players and coaches from the Wolves, Belconnen United, Stingrays and Highlands Soccer Association, will hold a series of coaching clinics at David Woods Field putting on activities, drills, training and playing sessions for everyone attending.
Might even end with a mini world cup tournament.
Everyone is welcome, boys and girls of all ages and there will be plenty of laughs, fun and football on the day. Something on offer for everyone..
Special guest appearance by the Wolves mascot, who is sure to prove a bit hit..

Four high quality, trail matches, featuring today’s first grade stars and the stars of the future, bringing top class, quality football to the Highlands totally FREE.
The Highlands Soccer Association have been very helpful in facilitating this year’s Festival of Football and thanks to their efforts, the football loving players and fans across the Wingecarribee have a smorgasbord of football to look forward to that weekend.
Boys and girls, young and old , football fans and sports lovers are all invited to what will be a fantastic promotion highlighting the unity, inclusion, fun, laughter, passion and competition that only football can provide.
Following on from the resounding success of last year’s inaugural Festival of Football in the Shoalhaven, the Wollongong Wolves, Belconnen United and the Illawarra Stingrays are very pleased and proud to continue the event, this time in Bowral.
The Highlands Soccer Association continues to produce quality footballers and promote the growth and participation of our beautiful game and it is great that the Wolves, Belconnen and the Stingrays can play our small role in acknowledging the great work they do and assisting them in developing our sport to even higher levels across the Southern Highlands.
