K-TAPE is an abbreviation for Kinesiology Therapeutic Tape. It is a strong, elastic athletic tape and is claimed that it reduces muscle pain, increases mobility, and enhances athletic performance.
This three hour course is aimed at coaches, parents, administrators and players, in fact anyone involved in sport. The topics include what is K Tape, the benefits and disadvantages of K-Tape, skin preparation, tape preparation, application and removal, hamstring, knee and calf taping.
