All teams entering any carnival must first send a letter to the Committee via the Club Secretary stating all relevant information E.g. Name of carnival. Dates of carnival.  Team name. Name of coach and team manager. Nomination Fee.

All nomination fee's must be paid to the club who in turn will pay the nomination fee to the carnival on behalf of that team.
