To be held at the Gillen Club (see map) across from the softball diamonds on Milner Road. Saturday the 11th of October at 12.00 noon – Officials are required to attend. Meeting will be held at the outside bar.

HOME RUNS
Any home run will be awarded with a voucher for a free drink at the Gillen Club.
Please ensure all home runs are marked clearly in the score books.
MEDIA /RESULTS
Starr Gotzen will be collating all results from the games and also be on the prowl for interesting/embarrassing stories during the week that could be published in the Friendly Daily, the Alice Springs Masters Games official newspaper – so be warned.
GROUND RULES & ETIQUETTE
Teams are advised to have their own water containers at each game. Taps are located at each diamond. Ice can be purchased from Milner Road Foodtown, which is located near the Gillen club refer to map. Ice can be purchased for $1.00 per bag if you provide your Alice Springs Masters accrediation pass.
The games are played at the Softball Diamonds at Jim McConville Park (see map) on Memorial Drive. All Diamonds will be marked for identification. The main diamonds to be used are 1, 3 and 4.
DIAMOND 1
Situated closest to the canteen and toilet block with main access and parking.
DIAMOND 2
On Memorial Drive and closest to Diamond 1.
DIAMOND 3
Closest to school and opposite Diamond 1.
DIAMOND 4
Adjacent to Diamond 3 with access and car parking off Milner Road.
GAME TIMES
Minor round games will be played from Sunday 11th October through to Thursday morning the 15th with the final round commencing on Thursday for Division 1.
Starting times for minor round games each day are according to the draw.
