Women - SA Country v NSW Metro
NSW Metro was the first women’s team to secure a spot in the gold medal game after accounting for SA Country. The NSW transition game in the first half caused problems for SA as they scored easy baskets but to SA’s credit they kept plugging away at the mobile NSW unit to only trail 14 points at half time. The task didn’t get any easier in the second half as Kate Oliver became too big inside as the game wore on to lead the NSW girls into the finals. Oliver finished with 26 points while Emma Hooley led SA with 18.

Men SA Country v Tasmania
Tasmania will play off for 9th/10th after defeating SA Country comfortably. The Tasmanian team held a 5-point lead at the half way mark after both teams played an even first half in which no team was able to make a strong break. Tasmania cranked it up in the second half as they scored 45 points to SA Country’s 27 which resulted in the 23 point win. Lucas Simpson again stared for Tasmania with a game high 28 points and 10 rebounds giving them the advantage while Scott Grenville led SA with 10 points.
