Murray Bridge Junior Basketball Carnival
The Murray Bridge Basketball Association will again be holding its Annual Junior Carnival over the October 5th to 7th Long Weekend and they would love for you to join them for another weekend of great basketball and friendship!
The carnival generally attracts a fantastic blend of leading country associations, with new teams commencing their development programs leading up to the 2014 SA Country Championships and Basketball SA clubs who find the carnival ideal preparation for the new basketball ‘year’ and summer season.
In the past the carnival has gained a reputation for being professionally run, well organised, fiercely contested on the court and fun socially off the court.
This year we are also calling for nominations for an Under 23 Men’s and Women’s competition. We are keen to try and retain our players who are often lost to the sport after they complete under 18’s. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this opportunity or other ways to make it work.
The nomination fee is $240 per team (with referee) or $290 per team (without referee) and this covers stadium entry for Players, Coaches, Managers, Supporters and Referees. Nomination forms and accommodation information is on the website. Murray Bridge Junior Carnival
Subject to nominations (and wherever possible) two divisions will be included to allow younger less experienced teams to participate in addition to the more experienced teams.
The MBBA Canteen will be opened all weekend and will be offering an exciting new range of tasty foods, BBQ breakfast and freshly brewed coffee so make sure you check it out when you arrive.
