Scenic East Point Reserve is where all the triathlon action takes place. The transition area is located beside the amenities block at Lake Alexander. Lake Alexander is a salt water, man made lake. The water temperature is such that wet suits are not allowed at this event. The 1.5km swim is traditionally a two lap, triangular course. The cycle course is conducted over local roads. We have arranged full road closure for this event. The cycle course takes riders up Gardens Road and back again with a designated turnaround point located close to the amenities block inside the Reserve. Cyclists will complete the loop 4 times. The 10km run follows the Fannie Bay coastline.
