The application for an International Visitors Permit MUST be completed and submitted prior to your arrival in Australia. Your entry will not be finalised until this documentation has been received.
To aid in the process and to decrease any delays in your departure the following forms also need to be submitted prior to arriving in Australia, Export Declaration, ICS Registration Form and Restricted Goods Permit (RGP).

Event Details
The Arafura Games 2009 Clay Target Shooting competition will be conducted under the ISSF regulations and run from Sunday 10 - Friday 15 May. This event is a great opportunity for competitive shooters to gain valuable experience before attending any Oceania or World Cup event. The Australia Cup will also be held in conjunction with the Arafura Games and will showcase Australia's finest, competing for a position in the Australian Team.
To cover costs of targets, each participant will be requested to pay a one-off fee of $A50.00. This fee is payable at sign on day to the competition organisers.
Event Location
The competition will be held at the Darwin Clay Target Club, situated within the Marrara Sporting Complex, only a short 2 minute walk to Arafura Central.

How much will it cost?
Each participant of the clay target shooting event will be required to pay a one-off fee of $A50. This fee is payable at sign on day to the competition organisers.
Other than this participation fee there is no registration fee to participate in the Arafura Games. However, you are responsible for costs associated with air travel, accommodation and daily living expenses. Arafura Games organisers provide transport to and from the airport to your place of accommodation, and to and from playing venues and accommodation. Arafura Games accreditation also provides free access to transportation using the Darwin Public Bus service.
What about accommodation for my team and officials?
Darwin has a variety of accommodation to suit all budgets, tastes and special requirements. Almost all of Darwin's accommodation houses are located close to the Central Business District (CBD) and a short drive from sporting venues. A bedbank service will be available closer to the Games.
