All the events will be conducted by the Northern Territory Cycling Association in conjunction with the Darwin Cycling Club according to the rules of the UCI and Australian Cycling Federation (ACF).
Entry shall be open to members of participating countries and properly registered member associations of the ACF.
Races may be combined if numbers are low to make an adequate race.
