DAYLIGHT SAVING. TURN BACK CLOCKS ON EASTER SUNDAY APRIL 5

DAYLIGHT SAVINGS changes our clocks back one hour at 3.00am on Sunday April 5.
It is also the time we change our uniform to the Winter requirements.
Striped shirt, Kilsyth Referee Jacket, Black trousers (NOT TRACKY DACKS), Black shoes and Black socks.
If you do not have black trousers you will need to visit a store like Kmart and purchase a pair.

Straight leg trousers can be purchased for around $20.00-$25.00. They need to be an appropriate fit, not dragging on the floor as that can be hazardous and not too short. As a guide, while standing still your socks should not be visible.

Your black socks should also be of a sufficient length that your skin does not show when you run.

Your black shoes should be just that, BLACK. Fro eg: a Nike tick or Converse star is allowable but avoid white soles or partial white uppers as that attracts attention, and is not BLACK.

There are many stores around, stores you can physically visit or better still, on line, where you can buy totally black shoes for a very reasonable price. One I personally prefer is EASTBAY.com where there are many choices from very cheap up to expensive.

The last thing we need to do as referees is draw attention to ourselves with "Hi Viz" clown shoes or anything that catches the attention of someone courtside.
