The Latrobe Basketball Association will be conducting an Under 11 Basketball Tournament on Saturday 5^th December and Sunday 6^th December, 2015.

Entry Fee is $100.00 per team and must accompany entry form.

Admission fee into venue will be $2 per person/player

All teams are to supply their own referee and one bench person for each game.

Games will be played at the Latrobe Youth Centre and any other venues as required.

Tournament Rules:

• 4 x 8 min quarters, 1 time-out per quarter, 1 min break between quarters, 2 min break at half time.
• Clock will stop for time outs & foul shots only.
• Clock to stop in last two minutes (FIBA rules) if score difference is 6 or less
• 5 seconds in the key, No back court, No 24 second clock, No zone defense
• Teams to drop back to defensive circle if leading by 15 or more points
• Teams to supply a referee for each game; Latrobe will supply referees for all grand finals
• Teams are to supply one bench personnel per game; Latrobe will supply bench for all grand finals
• Latrobe Basketball Association reserves the right to alter the rules as needed
