National Titles update
The Australian U/16 National Titles are underway in Gosford, NSW and the Geelong Junior Representative program has a strong fielding in both the boys and girls tournaments.
Geelong players Kelsey Browne and Ellie Stevens headline the girls team, while Cody Donovan plys his trade in the boys team. The boys team is coached by Geelong based coach, Jamie O'Loughlin.
Under 16 Girls
The girls started the campaign with a close loss to Queensland South, but were able to bounce back with a comfortable win against South Aust. Metro. Kelsey drained two 3 pointers and Ellie hit 5/6 from the charity stripe.
In results just in (Tuesday morning), the girls had a very easy win against New Zealand, with Kelsey getting amongst the points with a personal tally of 16.
Under 16 Boys
The boys are sitting well after their two games, winning both of them. A close three point win over NSW Metro started their tournament, then complimenting that with a safe 99-46 win over ACT. Cody is contributing to the games when called upon.
