Attached is a copy of the Basketball Geelong 2012 Registration Form - Player.

There are two ways in which you can register and pay.

Option 1 – Register and Pay Online

You are able to register and pay online at www.basketballgeelong.com.au. A link is available in the right column on the front page ‘Register Here’, then utilizing this email address you will have access to your membership details. If you have forgotten your user name and password, you can have them reissued to your email account.

·         Quick and Easy – using this email address your personal details will already be complete.

·         Safe and Secure – Credit Card payment through a secure gateway system.

·         No long registration queues at Basketball Geelong.

Option 2 – Register and Pay at Basketball Geelong on your first night of play

Complete the 2012 Registration Form - Player (attached) and take with payment to Basketball Geelong at the Ticket Office before you play your first game in the forthcoming Summer Season (week commencing 10th October 2011).

2012 Registration Fees

Senior Registration

·         $50 Online Registration ($10 discount applies)

·         $60 Manual Registration (any registrations made at Basketball Geelong)

·         $25 Affiliation (if you are currently registered with another affiliated association of Basketball Victoria Country Council you must provide proof of registration to receive this reduced fee).

Junior Registration (players born in 1994 or later)

·         $45 Online Registration ($10 discount applies)

·         $55 Manual Registration (any registrations made at Basketball Geelong)

·         $25 Affiliation (if you are currently registered with another affiliated association of Basketball Victoria Country Council you must provide proof of registration to receive this reduced fee).
