I have requested that my username and password to be sent to my email account, but haven't received anything, what do I do?
Though you may be a member in the Basketball Geelong Database we do not have your email address, therefore you won't receive a username and password. You now need to complete 'New Individual Sign-up', when your information is in the system we will recognise that you were an existing member and synch the information.
I am having trouble with my username and password, what do I do?
Sign up as a new member (see above).
Is my username and password the same as my login for MyFIBA?
No it is not.
Remember - bring your tax invoice to your first 3 games as proof of payment.
