To take part in this course you must meet the following criteria:
- Be 14 years of age or older (born 1997 or earlier)
- Be Enthusiastic, reliable and display a willingness to learn
- Be currently playing or coaching in the Basketball Geelong Competition
Course Structure:
- 2x Four-hour Theory Session
- 12x On court evaluations over 4 weeks
Referees will be required to attend all theory sessions as well as complete all on court evaluations.
Cost: $55.00 (includes Course Notes, Referee License, Whistle & Lanyard)
The practical component of the course will be conducted over the following dates:
Practical -
- Monday July 18th, 25th and Aug 1st and 8th or
- Wednesday July 20th, 27th and Aug 3rd and 10th or
- Thursday July 21st, 28th and Aug 4th and 11th
