AGE GROUPS FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON
Please note due to the new child safety regulations we have added the request for a parent within the family to be able to supply a working with children's check number, if either parent has a current Working with Children Check (WWCC). WBA would appreciate the information being filled in. Please complete WWCC section of the registration form
Any parent that does not have a WWCC can apply for a volunteer card at the local post office (free of charge)

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION - BETWEEN 17/08/2018 & 26/08/2018 - FEES WILL BE $115.00 per player
A LATE FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED BETWEEN 27/08/2018 & 31/08/2018 - ($150.00 PER PLAYER)
GAME FEES PER WEEK WILL BE $8.50 PER PLAYER
REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE 5.00PM FRIDAY 31 AUGUST 2018.
