Wildcats Through to the Top Six!

Our Canterbury Wildcats headed into the tournament with a healthy 4-2 record (and those two losses both occuring in overtime - to Otago and Waikato!) as they cemented their place in the top six heading into the final WBC tournament in June this year, with 8 wins and only three losses.

One of Christchurch's sons - Kennedy Kereama - was be here over the weekend as he looked on to decide which players to invite to trial for the Tall Ferns this year, with the 2014 team virtually all competing in our tournament.

Entry to the games was free for school students (with the exception of the curtain rasier for the Canterbury Rams, which required a ticket for that game too - purchasable from rams.org.nz) so come along and see some high level hoops action in Christchurch!
