Canterbury Rep Trials

Hi Canterbury Basketball Community

The Easter weekend will kick off the 2015 basketball season with the Junior Invitational Tournament and the Rams opening game.  To kick off the basketball season the Rams will play the Manawatu Jets on Friday, April 3rd.  The following day, the Easter Junior Invitational Tournament (JIT)  will begin with games being played on April 4th & 5th.  The JIT will be used to qualify 2 teams from throughout the Canterbury region to represent Canterbury at the Nationals.  We are looking forward to having the basketball community involved in the weekend!

There will be trials this Sunday at the heart of Canterbury basketball, Cowles Stadium to select the teams to play at the (JIT).  We are looking forward to having all involved in the free trials.  We are looking forward to having everyone involved from the basketball programme.  By getting involved with the trials and getting your ticket for the Rams game you are doing your part on building a stronger Canterbury Basketball community.  Support for the  Canterbury Rams goes directly back to support the Canterbury Basketball Academy Development & Representative programme.

Last year all Rams games were sold out – have you got your ticket?

The Canterbury Rams tickets sold out a week before the 1st game last year.  We are expecting the same this year and would like you all to be there.  At various times throughout the year we will have the Canterbury Basketball Academy members do skill competitions at half time of the Rams games.  To secure your seat go to the link to purchase your Mini-Season or Individual tickets today.  All support goes directly back into the Canterbury Basketball Academy which allows us to provide the development programmes at a subsidised rate.  Buy your ticket and encourage your friends to buy their ticket at the link below today!  We are all in this together!
