North Canterbury After Coaches for Club Basketball, First Trial Date
UPDATE: The North Canterbury Men's Premier Team is having its first trial on Saturday 8 February, 10am-12pm at Rangiora High School.
Coaches Wanted
As North Canterbury Basketball looks to grow its club the need for top coaches has grown.
North Canterbury Basketball is asking for coaches to apply for the position of either Head or Assistant coach for our club teams in 2014. In last year’s competition North Canterbury had two new teams and in 2014 we are looking at entering another four teams meaning we need more coaches.
We will be entering a Men’s Premier team in the 2014 competition and are looking for coaches for this team to lead them through their comeback year.
Last year our U20 Men made top 8 and our U23 Men finishing up in the Top 6. With the combination of our U20s and most of our U23s returning for a final year 2014 has a lot of promise.
We will also be introducing our own U15 Girls, U15 Boys, U17 Boys and the U20 Men, Division 1 Men will return too.
The Men’s Prems, U23 and U20s will train twice a week while the U15 Boys, U15 Girls and U17 Boys will train just once a week.
