The grades are :
* Open Men's league
Wednesday 19 October – 30 Nov
(no game on 16Nov)
* * Under16 Men's league
Tuesday 01 Nov – Tue 06 December
(6 weeks -no breaks!)
* Women's grade
Tuesday 01 Nov – Tue 06 December
(6 weeks -no breaks!)
Times: 6.30pm - 9pm
The Under 16 Men's grade is to encourage players moving from the U15 age-group to U17s to keep playing in the off-season and give young players coming through a chance to gain some experience playing against bigger and more physical opponents.
The Open Men's competition will be a 'competitive-social' competition. There are ALOT of club players from U17 and U20 teams who have expressed interest in playing in the Open men's grade this year -as well as a good number of Men's Div1 players who wish to keep their hand in over the summer.
We will have qualified club referees on all of our games
Game format is 2x 20min running clock halves.
1x50sec timeout per team per half (not to be taken in last 5mins)
Points are counted automatically if fouled in the act of shooting AND deliberate fouling to stop play in the last 2 minutes of the game will result in 1 point and possession at halfway to the other team.
