BBNZ are seeking an Events Manager to plan and deliver a range of events including the Burger King National 3X3 Tour. The role has full responsibility for the 3X3 Tour including planning, marketing, logistics, delivery around the country and supporting commercial activity. The role will also manage and deliver other BBNZ events and initiatives and provide support to the tournaments team. This is a fulltime position based in Wellington with extensive domestic travel over the summer months.

To be successful in this role you need to have:
 At least three years’ experience as an event manager, preferably in sport
 Outstanding customer focus and a commitment to quality
 A high level of organisational, time management and prioritising skills
 Excellent written and oral communication skills
 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels
 Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office suite) and an understanding of databases
 A flexible, positive attitude to operate in a dynamic work environment
 An ability to work independently and lead a team
 Flexibility to travel and work outside normal hours
