AFL Queensland’s famous school holiday camps are back this September, with three programs running in Brisbane North, Brisbane South and Toowoomba this school holiday.
The camps are open to both boys and girls aged 5 to12 years and no previous football experience is required.
Kids will have the opportunity to learn and test their football skills with fun games and activities conducted by experienced AFL Queensland staff and coaches.
They will enjoy AFL playground inflatables and visits from Brisbane Lions mascot, Roy.
AFL Queensland Zone Manager – Brisbane Lions, Bill Renner, said the camps were extremely popular with kids and parents alike.
“Parents love it because the kids have something active and fun to do for the day, and the kids love it because they get to run around playing footy,” Renner said.
The cost includes lunch, a football and a school holiday camp showbag full of goodies.
