This is a great opportunity for local grass roots football coaches to gain some insights into why the St Kilda FC are sitting undefeated and on top of the AFL ladder.
St Kilda FC Assistant Coach Leigh Tudor will be presenting on ‘The Importance of Kicking in Modern Football’ & ‘Defensive Pressure’.
There is no doubt that Leigh has been one of the driving forces behind St Kilda’s resurgence this season. Leigh played 68 games of AFL football with North Melbourne & Geelong, but it’s in the coaching ranks where he is having his greatest impact. Working alongside Mark Thompson for 4 years as the Geelong FC forward 50 coach, Leigh forged a reputation of being an expert in defensive pressure strategies. He also coached the Geelong VFL side to a flag in the all conquering 2007 season.
Also joining Leigh at the seminar will be St Kilda’s ‘unsung heroes’ Andrew McQualter & Zac Dawson. Hear about their stories of perseverance after both being delisted and then fighting back to be valuable members of the team.
Don’t miss out on this rare opportunity.
