The club has gone through a major transition this year with a very new committee.
Geoff Gill and Ian Nichol stepped down after long and tireless stints in the main positions.
For those people who have not been around the club for a while, why not use this day to congratulate Gus and Nicho on the great work they did and get to meet the new committee.
The club is also fielding an Under 18/Colts side for the first time in many, many years.
Although the seniors have not fared so well the Colts are sitting second on the ladder.
And the improved results of the seniors over recent weeks have been helped along by the introduction of some Colts players into the seniors.
This points to a very bright future at the Hammers.
Now as we all know you cannot have a future without a past.
What we need to do is let the young guys know why Hampton has been such a wonderful club over the years.
Come on down and catch up with old mates, tell people how great you were and reminisce over the 7 B&F’s that Nashy and Chris Johannsen won. (Or was it 8?)
Here are the important facts:

We plan on making this an annual event so even if you cannot come can you please forward this information or pass on the details to anyone you know who played at Hampton.
Over the years our contact lists have come and gone so if you have contact with anyone even recent players please send this to them as we may not have their contact details.
We will also be looking at ways we can connect past players together and also we are looking at setting up a trade directory so that we can keep as much business within the club as possible.
The next few years are going to be exciting ones at the Hammers and we are winding up the old motor on the bandwagon.
As we all know there is not a more enjoyable bandwagon to be on than ours.
