MC for the night was the well known radio personality Mr. Keith Livingston who has been a great supporter of the Southern Football League. SFL General Manager Wayne Holdsworth kicked off proceedings by acknowledging the SFL sponsors and guests for their attendance and their contribution to the SFL throughout the season, he then passed the microphone to Mr. David Andrew SFL President who set the tone for the night by inviting guests to mingle and take the opportunity to enjoy each others company. David announced the winner of the "Tony Troon Award" for outstanding contribution and achievement as Phil Sparrow coach of the Cheltenham Under 18's.
The awards just kept coming as sponsors and SFL board members presented the awards to the worthy recipients in the following categories:

The President and coach of the premiership team from each Division were then invited on stage to receive the premiership pennant, match ball and shield.
The night concluded with entertainment from local band "Regulator". The dancing starting but most took the opportunity to catch up with old friends or reflect with new friends on the season that was. A great way to wind up what has been a very successful season for the Southern Football League and its clubs.
