3. Voting

Individual Members (entitled to vote, as per Rule 15.2) are:
- Full Junior Affiliated Members
- Full Senior Affiliated Members
- Coach Affiliated Members
Associate Members (now entitled to vote, due to vote made at 2018 AGM, allowing all members of Fencing Victoria to vote for the coming year - 2019.)
- Club/School Affiliated Members
Note that a nomination for election for candidate must be made by two individual members (i.e. Fully Affiliated Members, not Associate Members). Candidates themselves may be an associate or individual member.
Proxy votes must comply with The Fencing Victoria Rules of Incorporation - Section 35
All members wishing to vote either in person or by Proxy (including members holding Proxies on behalf of other members) MUST be current members of Fencing Victoria for 2019.

If a minor has completed a proxy form, this will only have effect if it has been also signed by their legal guardian.
