Referees for Central ABL Finals are appointed from this group. We wish them all the best in their important role over the coming weeks, especially Ian Domieka who has been included in this panel for the first time.
To qualify for the Finals Panel, officials are required to participate in at least 8 of the minor round games. Finals availability is also one of the determining factors for inclusion in this panel. As the finals progress, officials are appointed to games based on their performances during the finals.
Andrew Filmer and Phil Haines are ineligible for the Finals Panel as they have officiated more than 50 games in the NBL, which is the policy applicable to all similar leagues interstate. Vanessa Devlin also did not qualify having been restricted this season with a serious injury.
