Women's National ABA Quarter Final
Basketball SA has announced that a Women's National ABA Quarter Final will be played at Wayville on Saturday August 18 at 7:30pm.
The game is part of a new format for ABA national finals, in which the quarter final round will be played in the home town of one of the teams participating. The semi finals and grand finals will be played on the following weekend at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre.
The women's game at Wayville will involve the Central ABL champion and the SEABL runner-up. The Central ABL men's champion plays away against the winner of th SEABL East Conference.
In addition, the Central ABL women's runnerup receives a wildcard this year. This team plays away to the winner of the BigV leaugue.
