Round 5 and 1 Women's Player of the Week
The women's player of the week for rounds 5 and 1 of the Central ABL is Eastern's Cayla Francis. Francis had an incredible stat line against South of 26 points, 21 rebounds, 6 assists, 5 steals and 5 blocks.
Other good performances came from last week's winner Kerrin Truslove, who had 19 points and 21 rebounds in an overtime thriller against West, the consistent Monique Bowley, who hit 2 three pointers in the final minutes to seal a victory over Forestville, and Sam Woosnam, whose 19 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists helped West over the line against South.
