Round 1 Women's Player of the Week
North’s Jo Hill is the Central ABL Women’s Player of the Week for round 1.
Hill, likely to play her first full season in many years, had 24 points and 11 rebounds in a 19 point victory over Woodville.
Hill just pipped Sturt’s Monique Bowley who had 26 points and 12 rebounds against South, South’s Cassandra Carpenter who had 19 points and 14 rebounds in the same game, and Norwood’s Jess Foley who had 16 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists against Forestville.
