Camino and the Sabres Simply too Good

Renae Camino showed her big-game ability as she led the Sturt Sabres to the Central ABL women’s championship on Saturday night with a 72-57 win against North.

Camino scored 27 points, including 17 in the decisive first half, to earn the Grand Final MVP award as the Sabres won their third championship this decade and fifth overall.

Camino’s Grand Final class was no surprise - earlier this year she scored 32 in the Adelaide Lightning’s WNBL Grand Final win.
