Men's Coach of the Year - Kelly Manning
Topping off a fantastic year for the South Adelaide men’s team, Kelly Manning has been named the Coach of the Year of the 2008 Central ABL Men’s competition.
2008 marked the first appearance for South’s men in the finals since 1999 and the Panthers went within a whisker of progressing to the Grand Final, losing in overtime to Norwood on Saturday. After finishing 7th in 2007, South improved 4 places, with Justin Halleran the only addition to the team’s lineup from last year.
