Women's Coach of the Year - Mike McKay
In just his second year as a senior coach, North Adelaide’s Mike McKay has been named Coach of the Year of the 2008 Central ABL Women’s competition.
The Rockets finished the minor rounds in 2nd place with a 13 and 5 record, and progressed to the grand final with a 24 point victory over Norwood. In 2006 and 2007, North finished in 4th place, and has not added players from other clubs to its list over this time.
