Round 11 Women's Player of the Week
The Central ABL Women’s Player of the Week for round 11 is Eastern's Cayla Francis. Francis had 38 points and 19 rebounds in 40 minutes, and was an important part of Eastern's first ever win over Sturt in the 10 year history of the Central ABL.
Norwood's Jess Foley and Nicole Romeo produced two of the better performances for the round. Foley, in her season debut with the Flames, had 32 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists, and Romeo had 24 points, 5 rebounds and 12 assists, in Norwood's win over Southern. Other solid performances came from two AIS graduates in the Forestville v West game. Mia Newley (Forestville), had 24 points and 13 rebounds and Nikki Martin (West) had 23 points and 7 rebounds.
