North Adelaide Rockets (83) defeated Central Districts Lions (25)
The North Adelaide Rockets made short work of the visiting Central Districts Lions at Hillcrest on Saturday Night.
The Lions were slow to start scoring while the Rockets stamped their authority allover the court in the first quarter. The Rockets were a whopping 20 points up at half time, the Lions on the other hand had only managed to score 6 points, and missed 12 shots under significant pressure in the key.
The Lions played their best quarter in the second but still failed to crack double figures for the period, scoring 9 points in the quarter, they went on to score another 10 points in the second half. Demi Skinner was best on court for the Centrals sharing top scoring honors with North Adelaide's Jamie-Lee Peris both with 14 points.
The Rockets shared the work with 4 players scoring double figures. Jamie-Lee Peris had a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Teammate Genna Anderson also had a double-double, off the bench, with 10 points and 11 rebounds.
