Tracy York Named Coach of the Year of the Men's League

North Adelaide's Tracy York has been named Coach of the Year for the 2011 Men's Central ABL.

York took a young Rockets lineup into the men's finals, a place most would not have expected them to be given the departures of Nick Hambour and Pero Vasiljevic, and the mid-season loss of Rhys Carter. North finished the season with an 11 and 7 record, including wins over both grand finalists Forestville and Norwood. York, a technical assistant coach with the Adelaide 36ers last season, has been appointed as an assistant coach with the Adelaide Lightning for the 2011/12 season.
