2011 Central ABL Season Dates
Basketball SA would like to make the following announcements regarding the 2011 Central ABL season:
- The season will consist of 18 minor rounds.
- The major round will incorporate the top 5 McIntyre format as in previous seasons.
- The minor rounds will run from the weekend of April 2 2011 to the weekend of August 6 2011 inclusive. The major rounds will start on the weekend of August 13 2011 and the grand final will be held on Saturday September 3 2011.
The season start date is approximately two weeks later than in previous years to provide greater scope for NBL players to participate.
A schedule for the 2011 season will be available by mid January.
