Statistics Display
The Central ABL website has undergone some changes regarding the display of statistics, bringing it in to line with the NBL, WNBL and other ACC leagues.
Formatting
Some stats pages, including the box score for each game, team stats and competition stats, are now formatted differently, with a neater multiline heading for Field Goals, Three Pointers, Free Throws and Rebounds.
Box score
The game box score now includes some additional statistics such as “Points in the paint”, “Points off turnovers” and “Second chance points”, but also no longer displays some statistics such “Singlet number” and “Index of Success”.
Games in Previous Seasons
Game box scores from previous seasons are no longer shown.
Player Historical Statistics
Selecting an individual player now shows:
- Average key statistics (points/rebound/assists) for the current season, and the player’s career
- A summary of statistics for the current season
- Game-by-game statistics for the current season
- A summary of statistics from each previous season
