2010 Dates
The 2010 Central ABL will commence on March 13/14. The competition will again consist of 18 minor rounds, with the top 5 teams qualifying for a 4 round finals series, culminating in grand finals on Saturday August 21 at the Distinctive Homes Dome.
In 2009, the CABL season finished in early September, in order to avoid scheduling double rounds (weekends in which two rounds are played). This resulted in a clash with NBL and WNBL pre-season commitments, including the NBL pre-season tournament. As such, a decision has been made to schedule two double rounds in the 2010, in order to finish the season slightly earlier.
A draft draw will be available to clubs in early January, and a final draw in late January.
