The 2016 Under 16 Mackay Crows boys side has been finalised for the upcoming North Queensland championships in Airlie Beach from Friday 8th April to Sunday 10th April.
North Mackay are the most represented club with 9-players selected, while Jarrod Laffan has made history in been the first ever Mackay Magpies junior player to be selected in a Mackay Crows boys representative side. Moranbah Bulldogs also have two more representatives in Jordan Hill and Riley Parker, taking the Bulldogs representative to three players ever.
Eight of the nine AFL Mackay clubs are represented, with Pioneer Power the only club without representation, due to the club not currently having a 16 years and under side.

All players are expected to continue to train at the following training sessions;
Wednesday 2nd March at Bakers Creek, Etwell Park from 5:00pm to 6:30pm & the following fortnight at Rogers oval, home of the Eastern Swans on Monday and Wednesdays.
Players will receive all information on Monday 7th March at Rogers Oval training.
